-i140-485 linking

Hi forum members,

I think we all have doubts of re-linking i-485 to pending i-140 applications.

Does anyone know if i-140/1485 is concurrently filed for one case, this i-485 could be re-linked to other i-140's as well assuming all of them are pending.

I have 2 approved I140s, one under EB2 and another under EB1 with PD of Sep '05 and Nov '06 respectively (both NSC). I filed my I485 concurrently with EB1 I140. My EB1 140 approval notice showed PD of Sep '05, which, according to my lawyer, implies that my I485 has been automatically relinked to both approved I140s.

Thanks immipassion for the info. But did your attorney send a request for interfiling or anything. Also does I-140 has to be approved
before you can send the request.

No, I was planning to ask her but then noticed the old AP on Approval notice.

Also does I-140 has to be approved before you can send the request.

That, according to what I have been reading on this website, is tricky to answer. Since I couldn't file I485 with my older petition, I didn't bother to ask my lawyer.

Hi Members,

Does anyone have any clue about processing date for I-140 under EB1 (Multi-national executive / Manager). My I-140 and I-485 were filed concurrently ?

I do not see any I-140 date for this category on Nebraska service center link.

It has only for
1) Advanced degree or exceptional ability --> December 14, 2006
2) Advanced degree or exceptional ability requesting a National Interest Waiver --> September 26, 2006
3) Skilled worker or professional --> January 01, 2006
4) Unskilled worker --> September 26, 2006

Were you able to get the answer about your 485. What are you planning to do. I am in a similar situation 2 pending 1 140 and 485 which needs to be linked to another I140, with which it was not filed. Let me know if you get any definitive light on it.

EB1-EA approved

Dear Forum Members,

I have a good news to share with you all. I am unable to start a new thread so am writing here. As of today, I checked and got a notice of APPROVAL on my EB1-EA application to TSC. I am sooo.so..happy and am so thankful to Rajiv's forum for providing us a platform to share so much info with each other. If it wasn't this website I wouldn't have done it. I also want to thank Pradeep, Madgu , Tipodo and others who have always have been very prompt in helping and now is my turn. I am taking today off...)) for obvious reasons but will definitely answer as many queries as I can later on.

On a short note, I filed on Feb 28'2007 and got approved today (no PP).
Just have to wait for interlinking my 485 to this one.
