company A has just filed my 140 and 485 concurrently. Not yet got the receipt.
After that my project comes to an end, and company B offers me a job, with already approved labour and offer to file I140/485 concurrently. If my new company files for me, will it somehow result in a 'clash' with my previous application ? Do I have to 'withdraw' my papers filed with the company A ?
