I140/485 approval

Hi All:

Just wanted to inform you that I received approvals for both my I140 and I 485 on Dec 28th.

Here are my case details:

Wac 03238xxxx
Concurrently Filed I-140 and I -485 on August 14, 2003
I140 RFE (ability to pay) on Aug, 2004
Replied to RFE on Nov 10th, 2004
LUD of I140 on Dec 20th, 2004

I am very pleasantly surprised that they are processing cases this week.

I also want to thank all the members of this forum and Rajiv as they have been a source of support during the last 2 years.

Congraudation!! It's so good that you got 140/485 approval at the same time.
My case is almost the same timing as yours except my RFE received on 9/30, but so far my 140/485 are still pending. my I140 LUD only changed once on 11/1 after RFE received.
How about your 485 LUD? mine is only changed on 10/27, then it's still the same until now.

You said your replied to RFE on 9/30th and INS received on 9/30 but LUD CHANGED ON 10/30 AND AGAIN ON 11/1(AFTER ONE MONTH IT CHANGED)
SO WHEN THEY RECEIVED ON 9/30 THE LUD DIDNOT CHANGE SAYING IT RECEIVED??
PLEASE LET ME KNOW
