I134 & I485 ???

We got a request to submit I134 for dependents – documents for supports. I am more than sure that I have not submitted it during I485 filing for my spouse and son.

Is it a required document to submit along I485 even employment based immigration and our great attorney missed it? Or it is something new or additional USCIS is asking?
