I131 and EAD

What happenes if I131 and EAD is pending and I485 gets approved? Do we get the money back?

No, you do not get money back from USCIS!! These are all considered separate applications, although AP and EAD depend on I-485. Once your I-485 is approved, your Ap and EAD will be 'Denied' stating that I-485 is aproved.

Nope you cannot. As soon as you apply, you have asked for a service from USCIS. USCIS accepts fees from you and they have provided a service just by placing your file in the processing que. Approval or dnial is part of the service not the exclusive service.

There have been others like you who have wanted to get money back in similar situations. But the advice to them and to you is the same, forget it, enjoy your PR status and consider that as money given to charity or money lost in gambling !
