I need some advice about my case.
My father who is USC filed application (I-130), for me (unmarried son/dauther over 21) . At the time when my father applied, I had F-1 status. However, it has been taking too long for my case to get processed and I'm currently out of status. My father filed application at Nebraska center; however, recently my case was transfered to California center. I still don't know how long it will take for my application to get processed.
My questions are:
1. Does anyone know if I will have problems (because I'm out of status) after the application is processed?
2. Can anyone tell me, what is the best thing to do after the application is processed?
