Hi everyone
I would be grateful if someone in a similiar position could advise their experience. I am a husband of a greencard holder and we submitted an I130 to the Texas Service Center which has a notice date of Nov 3 2000. I have just been informed that my file was transfered to the California Service Center on 1st June 2005 and they have a current date for my type of petition of April 30th 2001.
Has anyone married to a GC holder had a transfer recently and had an approval and if so, how long from transfer to approval did it take. I'm hoping that this transfer means that the petition will be looked at soon, bearing in mind that my notice date is earlier than the California current date.
