Now I130 asks for the "Date legal stay expired or will expire as given on I-94 or I-95". Now my I-94 does not have any date written on it. What shoul i write on it? Please help..........

I believe in your case, that would be your F1 or I-20 expiration date (they should be the same, I think).

For question 14 fill on form student and in next line write the arrival date (the date you came to US)

Make sheet 1 and then write:

Explanation for the form I-130 Part number C question 14(Big bold letter
explain that XYZ came to US on Student visa and XYZ arrived on date …. XYZdoes not have expiry date on his I-94 and Copy of his I-94 front and back attached.

Petitioner should sign the sheet with date.

This is really good one, but hey it is an overkill in such a simple case as USC marriage.
