Hi, I don't know much about family-based immigration at all. I've only just started reading up on it.
Now, as far as I know, the first step is to file I-130. Why is there such a huge discrepancy in processing times? VSC seems the fastest (processing Sept. 04 applications), but TSC and NSC are a year slower.

I think that I fall under VSC's jurisdication anyway, but is this expected?
