I130 Petition: Question on Affidavit of Support - Federal IT Info - FORUM GURUS PLEASE HELP

Hello,
I am the petitioner - applying for my wife and 2 kids under age 7. They are in my home country.
There is only one principal applicant - my wife -as per the document cover sheet.

2 questions regarding affidavit of support:
1. I-864ez or I-864 ? I'm leaning towards EZ but am confused.
2. Federal Income Tax Information requirement - I have income for full year 2010, but none for 2009 (except interest and dividends - fairly nominal). I am currently fully employed. What do I need to do ?

I believe I864EZ should suffice.
You might need an employment certificate / statement from your employer.

Perhaps the forum gurus may have more insight.

If the primary applicant is your brother....yes, I believe she does.
