My cousin is a US citizen and is filing the I130 for his wife who is in India (Consular processing from Mumbai). He lives and works in Kansas City but wants to file from a friend's address in New York to take advantage of the faster processing times there. I know this is usually a big issue with AOS, but is this feasible for CP. Please reply to this post if you've taken a similar route and your experiences with the same.
