my wife and i filed a i130 for me on february 2 was received on February 9 haven't heard from them since should i be worried? any others with the same problem... also my wife is a US Citizen

yes i enter without inspection when i was 8 there for im here illegally im hoping to file a i601 hardship letter im just wondering y i havent got a notice of action all i got was a recipt saying they got my paper work

Then you really have heard from them! Check the Service Center Processing times on www.uscis.gov

You have BIGGER PROBLEMS than just a minor processing wait.
