My sister, a US citizen is filing for parents greencard - I-130.
Currently, parents are in US on visitor visa.
In I130, line 22
Complete the information below if your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status
Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the office of the INS in --------------
If your relative is not eligible for adjustment of status, he or she
will apply for a visa abroad at the American consular post in
(City) (Country) -----------
Depending on whether at the time of I130 approval, my parents are still in US or back in India, either I485 or Consular Processing needs to be done. How do I fill above line for this?
Can we choose that after NVC sends the form?
