i130 does not have any status on USCSI

Hello my sister applied for my dad. Received date is October 9. 2007.

Notice date is jan 10, 2008.

however, when she gos to check the status on uscis.gov website using the receipt number, it comes back as not found. Has nayone notice that before on their cases.
