I130 approved..how much longer now.....

I filed my I130 when my spouse was LPR and he applied for his citizenship.i filed around 10 days after spouse N 400.My I130 got approved 2 days before my spouse had his oath ceremony.I would like to know if someone can help me..
1) How many days i should wait before i file my I485, EAD, medical form together.

2)Does my I 130 approved will make my case or processing faster?

1) File them right now, if you have his naturalization certificate (i.e. you aren't still waiting for it because he submitted it to apply for a passport).
2) Yes. Although maybe not a whole lot faster, since they are already processing the I-130 and I-485 very fast for spouses of USC. But at least you know your I-485 won't be slowed down because of a delay with the I-130 itself.
