Dear friends, 2 questions regarding I-130,

My wife has a GC, she is filling the form
1) In form I-130, item #17

C. Information about your alien relative (continued)
17. List husband/wife and all children of your relative.
(Name) ((Relationship) Date of Birth) (Country of Birth)

Should she put her name OR my name here?

2)In form I-130, item #22
Your relative is in the United States and will apply for adjustment of status to that of a lawful permanent resident at the USCIS office in:
(City) (State)

When I search http://uscis.gov/graphics/fieldoffices/alpham.htm#anchorMAINE for my state (I live in Maryland), the District Office is Baltimore, should I just put Baltimore,Maryland in #22? Or St. Albans Vermont?

Appreciate your help

1. if she is your sponsor so she does not have to repeat your name in #17 because your name is on the first page (as benefciary)
2. put Baltimore, Maryland

Yes, my wife is my sponsor.
So I can put my name or N/A at item #17 ,I definitely can not put my wife's name there, right?
