I129 with current TN

Hi,

Is it possible to file an I-129 form to work part time with a new employer while working full time with my current employer with my original TN? is the TN tied to the employer or is it valid to apply for concurrent employment using the I-129 petitions?

Your current TN is tied to your current job and employer.
If you want a second job, you need a second TN -- either by mail I-129, or at border.

No. I would say however, that if you are wanting to start job quickly, you need to either premium process the I-129 for $1000 plus regular fees, or go to the border, since you cannot begin job until TN is in your hands.

Most go to the border.
