I would like to know a couple of things

First i thing i want to know is what does RFE stand for? Second thing is how long to receive the GC after doing the biiography the reason why i am askiing is because i did my fingerprint last year and just reacently i received a E-mail on August 19 , 2005 that they are sending me a letter for evidence on my case on August 22, 2005 i received my last update on my case. I would just like to know what could it possibly be that they are requesting. Could it be that its the time for me to do my biography or Medical Examination.

FP:August, 2005
LUD:8/19/2005

RFE stands for "REQUEST FOR EVIDENCE". Usually they ask for medical and biographic information. The finger print you did last year was for everyone.

When you said the fingerprint was for everyone , you meant everyone even the people with ND 2003, and 2004. The reason I am asking is because a friend of mine with ND 2003 never got request for fingerprint.

Sorry, I was not clear with my last post. I meant to say around pedro2002's timeline people got their FP done. I am not sure about 2003 and 2004. Since lot of people did their FP around June 2004, I think INS has covered 2003 cases along with mass FP in 2004. I tried to read old posts, but I found only 1 post with ND 2003 and had FP done in 2004. And there was one person who missed his/her FP in 2004. Hope members with ND 2003 and 2004 reply with their information.
 
Yes sir .u r right. my nd is april 2003 and i got fingerprinted in 2004(don't know what month..sorry) but it was early 2004 like march or april may b may.
