I wonder why VSC did not even touch a single Sept case.

Because ther were fully loaded with August cases. But looks like they are hitting the gas paddle lately and might start processing September cases in early August.

September guys are the most unfortunate group. These people get stucked in every single move!!!! So tired of this bullshit. I wish the stock market can continue to drop, drop and drop, then everyting screwed and we start from the beginning and compete failrly!!!

It is so annoying that some people jump right before you purely by good luck.

RD 9/15 - I owe it my lawyer & my company

I sent all the paperwork by July beg. My lawyer made a few typos in the applications. Then my company took two sweet months to decide whether they should apply for H1 extension or EAD. Finally did EAD since it was cheaper.

So here I am, a Sep RD case, waiting for the good news.

Hope it gets approved by end of August at least.
