When I got paged 7:00PM by my perl script today, I knew it was the good news.

PD 12/9/1999 EB2
RD 5/7/01
ND 8/10/01
FP 2/19/03
FP received 3/7/03
RFE 1/7/04 for maintaining status
RFE received 1/27/04
Approved 1/30/04

After such a long wait and up and down emotions, I can't describe what I feel now. Relieved? Happy? Yes, I am very very happy!!!

Congra!!!!!!

I am so high recently to see so many approval every day, may INS soon move to process src02 cases.

LOL.
Thank you to all the people of the forum. People here are positive, supportive and encouraging. I feel like staying with many friends when I visit here. The forum has been very helpful to me going through this long process. I hope to hear more good news every day from now.

Congrats king1999!

My dates are similar to yours.
RD 5/27/01
ND 8/27/01
FP 4/03
No RFE

A question on the script.
I could get it to work except for sending out the email (when there's a change). Doesn't it require a password to send out the email? It finds if there's a cahnge, but can't send out the email.

thanks
hkk

hkk: you need to fill in the SMTP server and your email address from your ISP to send out email. No password is required for SMTP server for most ISP (e.g. bellsouth) if you use their email address as the sender.
Good luck with your case!

Thanks cplusplus.
Too excited to go to sleep this morning, maybe due to the big triple play dinner I had last night celebrating in Ruby Tuesdays. :D
I just notice it took me 999 days to get the green card (5/7/01-1/30/04), just at the threshold
I will visit here until at least I get the plastic card, probably longer since there are many very nice people here. If you think I can answer any questions, I can always be reached by PM/email.

Best!

Absolutely. Based on the cases posted on this Forum, it takes from 1 days to a few weeks after RFE received to get approval. In my case, it took 3 days. I never heard of any denial after RFE.

Documents.

King1999,

Congratulations Dude.

Can you please post what are all the documents you sent for your RFE?

Just sent in I-20s, I-94s and I-797As and full copy of passports. All were showed on the RFE sheet which I didn't see but received by my attorney.

Congrats!

Man, that was fast... I mean after they got your RFE response... :)

My lawyer sent out ours last friday by Fedex overnight, they should be able to receive it today. I am holding my breath now...

Again, Congratulations!!!
