I won in DV2007 (got letter from KCC) - how to continue?

Hi all
I won on dv2007, since i'm in US (with H1B) I would like to continue with AOS (instead of CP). I have small problem - i don't know what are next steps?!?!?
In KCC letter there is only one simple sentence "check uscis.gov for help". I spend weeks reading on that and few other web sites, and only one i figured out - i need to make an appointment on infopass in order to do anything. problem is - i tried 100 times and i got the saem answer everytime - "no appointments at this time" (Fairfax, VA)
My questions:
1. most important: WHAT SHOULD BE MY NEXT STEP? what form to submit, where, how (elec. / mail / personal / ...)
2. shall i continue on my own or i should try with a lawyer?
2.a) how much it may cost with lawyer?
3. Am I already too late?

You should check out this website more carefully, there is a lot of useful information about AOS procedure.

One is my personnal DV experience. The other is a big post where I compiled all the info I know about DV. That should be enough if you have a straightforward case ( not illegal, did not lie for marital status, no wrong entry : date or country of birth...)
