NOBODY should pay to play the lottery. Just follow the instruction on the State website. If you are wondering where the website is, ask me (even though it's too late for this year).
If you have any question about how to fill the form, come here and ask, you are going to get FREE answer.
The form is very simple and if you are reading this post, it means you already have Internet access. So please, the only tricky (kind of...) is the picture. Here, we can help you.
But please, don't spend $100 for something that takes 10min max to do...
I won and it only costs me an airline ticket (plus the fees at the Embassy but this is for the USA government and there is NO way around :eek:)

This is a waste of time.
I got the same book mentioned via Kazaa and its a load of crap!!
Anyone want it just what DVcard Winner is selling let me know and i will email it for free so you can see how this scammers work!!
