please be patient:
i have filed for asylum and the interview already happened, but its taking too long to get a decision. now I want to travel to third country for 3 weeks maximum get a new work visa due to change of jobs that I cannot refuse (i already have appointment at consulate). question is: if i withdraw asylum now before decision is made can i apply again after i come back? if yes do i have to start from scratch, including fingerprints and interview? i dont want to redo it all again, can they just pick it up from where we left off? i am currently in legal status, never violated my visa.
