I want to handle my 140 on my own -- how?

Hello,
BCIS issued an RFE (ability to pay) on my I140 application. My attorney answered the query last week. I don't have good terms with my attorney and I want to handle my 140 on my own. How do I do that, do I need to call the INS to change it? if so what do I tell the INS officer? has anybody done this before?

I-140 belongs to employer and if employer or attorney has replied the RFE it will be fine. If you mean to change the attorney for I-140 then only the Employer can instruct to BCIS or hire a new lawyer and can inform BCIS. I don’t think you can inform BCIS that please don’t send any Info to the particular attorney
