i want to apply for asylum in usa.

Dear ladies and Gentlemen!
İ have apllied for asylum in year 1993 in Germany which was refused in 2000 and i have been departured to my home country.
But now i want to apply for asylum again in the USA when i appy in the USA for asylum will i get send to Germany becouse first i appyed there for asylum?

no you wont sent back to Germany , but you have an issue which is , how come you didnt suffer any harm since you were deported back to your country !?
 
What about UK past asylum claims (13 yrs ago)? Do they appear?
Is it neccessary to be declared?
 
well, in the asylum form you will be asked all the addresses you have lived in , and expect any question during the the asylum interview .

i advise you not to lie and find a good lawyer
