Hey look at this below.

Some guy with a RD only 3 weeks before mine got his approval.
Damn I want my FP notice now!!!!

I got my approval notice on the 23rd Aug by mail (though the AVM still says 975-999 days...). I could not believe it still..
RD - 04/05/01; ND - 04/25/01; EB2; INDIA; FP - 08/07/01

    I am also in the same boat..... i am seeing many approvals near to my RD/ND ..still waiting for my FP Notice...

Where do you live?

My Attorney (with a big law firm) says
that FP notices are not done according to RD/ND,
rather where you live (zip code).

Personally I live in the East Bay

    I live the bay area. My attorney put several fax FP enquiries ...didn\'t receive any desired result...My zipcode is 94555

ran out of ideas.....do you have any idea how to get the FP?

Couple of weeks back we had discussed about our FP. Today I
received mine. My attorney had inquired about 2 week back. I
did not FP Today itself. I live in San Jose Area, last name
starts with "P".

 Unfortunately, still no sign of FP for me.

Heard that FP notices are usually sent in batches.

When I called the AVM says my RD is 04/24 although it is written as 04/05 in my leter for receipt notice. Are you guys also hearing the same ?

I got my FP notice in the mail
and got it done today. It was
scheduled for Nov. 27.

Has anyone who has done FP early
gotten their approval before the
FP scheduled date ? ( i.e. will CSC
process the FP/approval before
the FP schedule-date ?)
