i am workign on EAD (GC thru my husband)
I also have my H1B approved but i am not using it. Though i m working for the same comp who did my H1B. I veteh following questions
1. Can i leave this company.
2. If i want to switch to H1B after working for some other company fro a couple of months, will i heve problems transferrign my H1B.
3. Can i have EAD and H1B both active simultaneously.
