NJ OCT 01 RD cases will be delayed. I feel we will hear something from Great INS Vermont by November 2002 onwards.

I suspect that it depends on workload of Newark, NJ INS branch office since they have to accomodate people for stamping, etc..

what do you guys think??

Has anyone spoken to Intelligent Information Officers (IIOs) at Vermont?

PS: Hope, I am wrong in my assumption.
 
OCT RD from NJ approved on 10/15/02

One of collegue's I-485 approved today (10/15/02) and he is from NJ.

EB 2 or EB 3? any more details about your friend GC98?

Normally, last week's RD get approved first, then middle order and after a long delays come first week RDs. that how INS works. They follow backwards sequence with a forwards motion..

They are after all blessed with power and money. They decide what they like..
