I think the bottleneck of security check should be already solved now.

It has been a long time since the implementation of additional security check. Should this problem be solved now?? If yes, what else excuse they have to delay, even virutally halt I485 processing?

The amount of time you spent here showed you a definitely laid off worker. Have nothing to do.. just writing or answering posting all day long in this site.. relax... take rest. Lots of ppl visit this site including me,, but we are not spenting time all day long like you..

If we will be checked at stamping on IBIS at the local INS office, what is the security check at VSC? What if IO\'s are just playing around and blaming the security check just because they are sitting on a file for a month.

I had the same question in my mind. Obviously they are not going to do the same security check twice.
I see two reasons,
1. No security checks at the time of stamping for cases already checked at INS (Just dreaming, don\'t you love that?).
2. Excuse to cover up delays and change in priorities.

My theory, If INS is going to move at this pace, then at least the Priority dates will not retrogate soon, as there will be more visa numbers available due to slow approvals.
