I think the 485 freeze in TSC is thawing.

My lawyer who claims to be a TSC insider(I doubt very much) said

that too. He said his partner in AL got an EB based approval in early May. He also mentioned TSC will soon start processing EB based I-485's more vigorously. Hope and pray he is right.

FIFO...

imho. the wait in TSC wouldn't look that bad if they process the applications in FIFO fashion according to the receipt or notice date. had they been doing that we just have to wait patiently for our turn in the line. it is the random processing and uncertainty that irritates the most.
