E-mail Recd. : 09/08/04 (waiting for hard copy)

Background:
no account in rupnet.
Same employer from day 1. EB3
labor approved : Feb 2001
I-140 approved : June 2001
waited till : May 2002 (to get married and then apply for 485)
IT dept reduced to 60 from 250. employer was kind enough to keep the employe who is waiting for status. now, I'm sure that i'll be the next one to go.

Nice to see someone approved with RD closer to mine. Otherwise I started to think my case got lost or something.
 
Question about FP2

Congratulation for your approval.

I have a question. I received FP2 notice for 10/21. Do I have to wait til that day to do the FP or should I jiust go there earliy to get it done?

I would like to go to the office this Saturday. Do I jump on the gun?

Sertra2002, you are right but i'm keeping my finger crossed until I see approval notice with my name in it. who knows data entry operator at INS might have been sleepy after the long weekend and put some else approval on my lin#.

Seattler, Early FP is entirly depends on the field office and the rep you talk to. I'm in st.louis and luckly rep was in good mood when i went there.
