I think I lost the welcome letter

Got email on 4/8 for card production ordered and on 4/9 that welcome letter is mailed. But I haven't received the letter so far (4/17). Is the letter important to keep as a record? Or it doesn't matter if I lost it as long as I can receive my green card.

It is a nice souvenir, but that is all... But I would say give it 1 more week...

I would be concerned that you would not receive that, or the i-130 approval, or the GC itself.

That is the order in which they come:

1) i-130 approval notice
2) i-485 welcome notice
3) i-485 card production ordered
4) i-485 approval notice (which encloses your GC)
