I think I am aproved though the online status message is a bit cryptic. Could someone decipher it for me please. Here it is

On February 14, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

Does not look like approval. I got the same message after USCIS sent me a change of address confirmation. Have you called them recently with change of address request?

Most likely it was some kind of response to your inquiry. If approved, it will say explicitly "The case has been approved......"

I had the exact same message for my AP document and I got it after 3-4 days.
