hi everyone

you guys are more more helpful than lawyer's ! and am sorry for being pushy !
FIRST : about the previous post , that i have to file I-751 90 days BEFORE the GC expire date either jointly or alone(that what my lawyer said ) i contact one more for second opinion and said the same ) which i trust you guys more ,lawyers not always perfect you guys said that i can file right after the divorce finalized , what do you guys think ?


SECOND : i havnt even file for divorce yet but im about to . and im getting things ready for I-751 ..............here some :

*lease agreement with both name since 2 years
*bills (cell phone ,t.v,internet ,electricity )
*credit cards statement with bot name
*pictures (trips ,celebration ,birthday ,etc) not alot of them .
*car insurance
*mail from all over
*letter from the landlord state that we living together
*checking account statement for almost 2 years
*copy of our tickets trip
*letters from friends state that we are married and living together .
*letter from the doctor that im on medication for depression which her mom coz that .
*letter from her mom and dad state that we are married and living together .
*income tax return .

thats all for now . im just trying my best not to be deported by uscis if they did nothing i can do ( goodbye america )

Don't take our word for it, follow the I-751 instructions:

2. Filing with a request that the joint filing requirement be waived. You may file this petition at any time after you are granted conditional resident status and before you are removed.

It sounds to me like you've accumulated a good amount of evidence.
