Waitingwaiting : in your post you mentioned "I called NVC this morning and was advised that the new procedures regarding Packet 3 and 4, are for those opting for consular process in India and Vietnam"
Could someone please verified that this "new" process is just for india and vietnam?. I\'m from a country that makes the "list" published by Dept of State. Does that effect me?. I would have called NVC but I\'m do not have thier number and I\'m just about to cubmit I140.
I think if this process applies to everyone, then CP has definitely lost its edge. Remember, there might be retrogresion too.
