Dont worry, you will be fine... in the worst case scenario, if USCIS deports you, you can still "smoke, drink, and be wild" anywhere in the world... even in your native country.... so, your drinking and smoking habits are safe!

Now, in court- just tell the truth and lets see what the judge says...

Good luck man...As far as I know, in the US you are not alone in smoking, dringking, and all that staff...but you might be alone in being in removal proceedings...and by the way you have nothing to worry. That staff is availible every where in the world. If they deport you, will find them in every corner of the world, so don't worry you are in good shape
