You say that you received an RFE for medical ( presumably ). Do you mean to say that you did not get to see what the RFE was ? And that the RFE response was received on Nov 5th without you having to share/contribute any information with your attorney. Kind of weird, it could have been an RFE for employment ( which your attorney might have answered with a letter from your employer, if it is a company appointed attorney). Anyway you don't have to respond, but your message is kind of confusing.
