I received plastic card, my wife's card has not come yet

I received plastic card, my wife's card has not come yet

both of us went for passport stamping on the same day.

but now i have the plastic card and my wife is still waiting.

Anyone with similar experience . does BCIS have helpine or any other form for this.

Kindly advise.

Did your wife still waiting the card?

I received my card yesterday (July13), but my spouse is still waiting. Both of us got the stamp at same time on June 04 in NYC.
