Hi all,

I don't know if you have red my previous posts but I was in a horrible positon and my citizenship got denied, I appealed and won the appeal. I received the N-445, My oath ceromony is scheduled for febuary 22nd 2012. It states to answer all questions on the paper.

I have had 2 short trips out of country about 9 days total, whicI need to disclose, and 3 traffic citation, one on my motorcycle for not turning right from a right turn omly lane, one for tinted windows, and one for unsafe lane changing in my car. They are all 3 on different dates, and all 3 waiting for arraingement,

My interview was on may of 2011, one ticket was received in june of 2011 one in october of 2011 and one in december of 2011.

Do I have to disclose these tickets at the oath ceremony? Will it cause an issue for me? I'm really worried. What should I do??

"Have you traveled outside the United States?" need to say yes and show stamps.
and
Have you been arrested, cited, charged, indicted, convicted, fined or imprisoned for
breaking or violating any law or ordinance, including traffic violations?
I have those 3 traffic tickers pending.

I dont know what to do now.
please help

Include those trips. 9 days will cause no problems. As for the traffic tickets, did you disclose previous ones on the N400 form? Consistency is always good.

I don't think you have anything to worry about, though that is a lot of citations in a short period, hehe.

Make sure that those traffic tickets are paid otherwise they would reschedule you for oath. :(

As long as those trips doesn't break your continuous residence requirement, I wouldn't worry about it.

Good Luck,

I did not enclose anything on N-400 because the tickets happened all after my interview. All 3 of them are waiting arrangement to enter my plea, which I was intending on pleading not guilty on all of them.

However now I'm not sure what to do. the oath is on the 22nd, that will leave me with only a few days to handle this issue.

Should I go to the court and pay the bails, and bring proof of payment with me? One is a fixed ticket, which I can easily deal with the other two are actual traffic violations.

I'd pay the tickets ASAP and bring proof of payment with me.

oh, and stay out of trouble! :D

I went to oath ceremony

and told them about the traffic tickets, and asked to see if they wanted to see proof of payment. The officer said NO, and told me to enjoy the ceremony, I got my certificate and aplied for same day passport and card. I got them. YAAAAAAAAYYY

My long journey has come to an end. Thanks to all who contributed to advice on my previous problem.

thanks again
