I receive this msg what's next?

On FEB 16th, I received this msg. Can someone please tell me what's gonig to happen next.

They sent you a letter asking for something and you mailed that in, right?

Just be patient and wait.

I sent My MED/635; Done with FB & BIO 3 on Jan 26th... so I guess now I have to sit around & wait.......

Cjay,
reason you received this message cause USCIS received your RFI for medical thing. Don't pay attention to that 850/900 days message cause that don't mean nothing. In my case after receiving my RFE USCIS e-mail me something just like yours but the next day I got approval mail. So just ignore those days thing if you are lucky & IO don't ask for any RFE who knows IO could approve your case. By the way what's your timeline? Although that really don't matter now. Even ND 2004 started getting their approvals. So relax my brother you'll get the good news sooner than you even imagine.

I submitted my application in Nov or Dec 2004.
