hello
i applied for appeal before the boards of immigration appeal for my asylum case i checked it 5/18/2006 by phone i fund
my appeal was dismissed.
since this date (5/18/2006) i did not recived any letter from BIA.




is it possible BIA take decission without any notice?
whow i can make federal appeal?

Have you moved recently? You need to call the BIA.
