Now on form DPS-122, Question 6b, They are asking for the Names and addresses of all schools, colleges, and universities attended but the space is too small to include the addresses of all schools and universities i attended. should i ignore the addresses and put their only the names. what should i do

Hey 4turya,

If you wish to indicate all the school names and addresses what you may do is add them (put the correlating question number) on a supplementary sheet of paper (also don't forget to add your DV selection letter details on the top right hand corner - the same as what you opened on May 1st) and then list down all the educational institutions and their addresses according to year (low to high).

Received By KCC - 12th May 2012

Interviews - Hopefully in mid-August
Visa Pick up - Hopefully in mid-August
Port of Entry - New York JFK
 
Do you suggest that i indicate only the Names of all schools and universities i attended with out adding a supplementary sheet. is it the way you did it when you were applying. Thanks. bye the way am from Uganda

i did (adding additional sheet) for Form DS-230 part I on Q.# 33

Mine fit in the forms because my elementary school and high school were one school i.e. the same name and address. Only my college was a different address in the UK.

If you have multiple educational institutions put them all on a supplementary sheet with their details. Be concise and clear with all your details when you send information to the KCC.
