You can marry after selection, yes.

Not quite sure precisely what your question is: are you saying you're currently married with a child? And that your wife and child are back in your home country (and you're not currently based their with them)? If yes to the first question at least, you need to be sure you included them in your eDV registration.

And if your situation is just that of having a kid with someone you're not yet married to, then you only need to include your child with your eDV registration. If you get selected and end up marrying the child's mom, then you will have the opportunity to include her in your selection at that stage.

But I registed my wife and my child at first entry and we never married cuz I left my country since 2012 it's 3 years now if we win it supposes to be back to marry my wife before interview date

Well, if you're not yet married to your partner, you shouldn't list your marital status as "married" and your partner shouldn't be listed on your eDV registration.

If you have evidence of an existing relationship, you should be okay if you're selected. The fact that you both have a child together and have already carried out your traditional marriage prior to the registration will definitely help your case if you end up being selected.
