I need some advice, please!

I have a question. If someone has an Immigrant petiton (8 years waiting)and will try to come to US on Visiting visa and got a job here in US, how that will be? Will the petition still be OK, if apply for a job here comming on Visiting Visa? I dont mean to sound that I dont respect the law, believing all 100%!!!!!!! And dont want to break it!It is a question of life and... dont want to use the word..... Someone has BA, doing Master in final year Economics and Marketing, cannot live any longer waiting for Immigration Visa, because where he/she lives simply is existing and afraid of tomorrow in that country..My question, what to do? Can I send invitation for a visa, and then we get a job here? Or what to do? And what companies do give H-1 visas for Marketing and Economics professions? Sorry, so many questions at once, I will be happy if you can give me answers, maybe just one, by one... :) Thanks! :confused:

The first thing that you will be facing is to get a visitor visa, since in the application you should put that you have a pending petition, which means that you have intention to immigrate to the US. If you get the visitor visa as per rule in that type of visa you shouldn't work that can put in trouble your petition.
If you want to get an H1B visa go to the respective forums on how to get those or make a search over the internet there are a lot.

Cherr1980,Thank you for response and sending me some info about H-1. Have no idea from were to start, because it is not for me, but for a friend who I need to help.And abroad, but doing it here, in US might help. If I look for a jobs here on her behalf, apart of resume she sends, do I need to include scaned Documents of BA?Also,currently she is a student in her final year MA. I never did that before, just any advice? Thanks.
 
That depends on the employer. But as I said will be good if you go to the H1B portal forums in this same website.
