I need Reasons not to Join GreenCard sponsoring Company while GC is in Process?

My greencard is processing under future employment clause.
I have filed for I-140 and I-485 more than six months ago.I-140 is not approved yet. Greencard sponsoring company is asking me to work for that company using EAD.I want to join after I get my Greencard.I need to write a letter with Valid reasons why Am I not joining at the present time.Please give your ideas what to write.

Greencard sponsoring company is asking me to work for that company using EAD.
------ if you use EAD then you will NOT be on H1 status and if I-140 gets rejected/denied then EAD AP I-485 all will get denied and you will have no status. dont use EAD till I-140 is approved. ask your company that if I-140 is denied what status you will have? by use of EAD you will also invalidate your H1 status

" I spoke to a lawyer and he advised that if I use EAD then I will invalidate by H1 status and if I-140 is denied due to any reason then EAD AP I-485 all will be denied and I will have no status to work or stay in US." if you wish to work with them then work on H1 status, if you are working with other company on H1 then they have to file H1 transfer for you and you can join them with H1
