Good morning ladies and gentlemen.-

I would like to take this opportunity to ask a question of sponsorship maybe someone could help me clarify my concerns about the sponsorship process and requirements I needed

I want explanations exactly my current situation and it’s possible someone could give me some advice about the process of sponsorship. I would like to explain my situation I am a Canadian citizen with couple masters professional and I have my girlfriend she is American citizen and we made the decision to get married and move me there from united state – Milwaukee

My problem is I have no idea where to start and I have no idea where i need to call or where to find this forms sponsorship or how much time take this process and how much money cost this process total.

I have no idea this process exactly..! I hope in Canada for her to make the sponsorship process and wait for this or I need to be go united state and get married first and then make the sponsorship process? And how may time I need wait for this process and when. I start to work normally because I have a great life in Canada and very good employment status and I would not want to lose. I would not make mistakes in these processes for Immigration sponsorship.

I appreciate it a lot help me please and information can give me or send me links or telephone numbers also I don’t know whatever help me for give me exactly information.

thanks for reading me and have good day

Your US Citizen finace can file an I-129F to bring you to the U.S. to get married within 90 days of entry and then you would file an I-485 and associated forms and evidence to get adjusted to immigrant in the U.S. and get a greencard without having to leave again.

OR

You two can get married first and she can petition for you as a spouse with an I-130. You are not supposed to just come the the U.S. as a tourist and get married and stay but a ton of people do it. Some get away with it and others run into trouble by being branded a fraud and that just gets more complicated and expensive to overcome.

Do the fiance petition, you'll sleep better without the worrying. Get the forms and intructions and fee info at www.uscis.gov

Good Luck,

The family sponsored GC section on the USCIS website has much information and the links to the required form. Please read that first. After doing so, if you have specific questions, post back. If you are overwhelmed by the process, enlist the services of an attorney.
