hi all, i need help here ,i came to US years2000 and apply asylum but i reject by INS,so i go back to my country indonesia at june 2005,because i dont want break the INS law ,so somebody can tell me how i can legal back to US again,thanks to everyone
 
What status did you enter the US with? student, visitor? ....

Based on your answer above, did you leave the country in good status, meaning you didn't overstay your visa?

If you overstay and don't leave when your visa expires or when ordered by Immigration you are banned from the US for 10 years. (correct me if I am wrong folks)

If you applied for Asylum and were denied while holding the " valid student F-1" Visa then you would automatically remain in your student Status.

Just a thought: The fact that you applied for asylum and went back home, would be a red flag i think to Immigration when you apply for a visa. I know they say that Asylum offices do not share information with the consulate visa section, however after 911 I think everything is accessible. Anyone share an opinion?

thanks for your opinion,i came to US with B1 visa,but right now
my ex owner restaurant want co sign me to come to US if he can,he is US citizen so any way he can do all document to help me get visa
