my family arrived in the US in 1999 under my husband's h-1 visa. We have a priority date with DOL of may 21, 2001. Our case is at Dallas backlog center. We received our 45 day letter in November 2005. Does anyone know when our case will likely be processed
I would think nobody would know the answer to that question. All you can do is track the approval trends in our "BEC Priority Date Tracker" thread and hope for the best.
