I need help with filing my forms - a few little questions

Ok, I'm an F-1 Student and got married to an American Citizen. Now I''m filing the forms and need some help.



1-131:
Application for Travel Document
I have to check an Application Type on the first Page.. Which of the following do I have to choose:
a) I am a permanent resident or conditional resident to the United States, and I'm applying for a reentry permit
or d) I am applying for an advance parole document to allow me to return to the United States after temporary travel




I-765:
Eligibility under 8CFR
I chose (a)(9)
-K-3 Nonimmigrant Spouse of U.S. Citizen or K-4 Dependent
I had no idea what else to pick. Is that right?



I-485:
AOS
Application Type:
a) An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available visa number that has been approved
Is that correct?





And last but not least: I-864 Household Size
It tells to NOT count anyone twice

My husband is filing this one for me.
Total number of immigrants you are sponsoring: 1
Yourself: 1
If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse: 1

But since it says to NOT count anyone twice.. This doesn't work! I'm count twice, and also I have to add the 1's together, that would make a Household Size of THREE, which is wrong,.. we are only two.


I'd really appreciate if someone can help! Thank you

i answered the forms and this forum did help me a lot!
but on these questions i'm not quite sure and would like to doublecheck

I would try to answer your question regarding I-864, If you read clearly and try to understand you can follow what it means italicized Persons sponsored in this affidavit and Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit
If i understand correctly in your case you would write 1 in box next to 21a, and 21h would be 2
 
I missed the 4th part of your question The total number should be only 2 as it clearly says do not repeat anyone ..
The number would have been 3 if you and your spouse were sponsoring some other immigrant but you are the immigrant here and there are only "2" people in your household no matter what lol ..

Smiriyal says it should be (a)(9). Do you agree with that?
