Hello everyone, first of all I wish you all a Merry Christmas.

Now, let's me demonstrate my condition. I'm a US citizen, and I want to bring my parent, and my 2 sisters over here to be unite with me. I know there is would be easier to bring my parent, but for my sisters would take much longer. The problem here is my youngest sister is 9, and the other is 23 but they both depend on my parent. The 23 years old girl is unmarried and disability(her left side has been paralyzed and cerebral palsy), which mean it is impossible for her to take care herself after my parent left.

So if I want to bring them over here, I need to fill-out 4 forms I-130 and include the evidence document separately to prove the relationship between me to each member of my family, am I right? Can my siblings come along with my parent or do they must wait? Because I learned that it would take about 10months to 1 year for my parent to come here, and about 10 years more for my siblings? But is there any special option that they offer for the children like my siblings? I heard a lot of rumors for disability person to be immigrated to US like they still need to wait 10yrs to take the paper to be complete, and the other like I need to submit the cover letter to explain her conditions and put on top of form I-130? Therefore, I have no clue how could I start this process...

I believe that your explanation would help me out of this situation, and I'm desperately need your assistance, pleasee.
p/s: a step-by-step guild would be a better way for me to follow and would be appreciate. Thanks for your time.

There are various paths that you might choose. You could file for your siblings first and wait until they are almost ready to get their visas and then file for the parents.

You may be making a grammatical error or you may truly be inquiring about ONE parent rather than TWO, it is unclear and would have a direct effect on other possibilities.

If you want your sisters to immigrate together with your parent (parents?), file for your sisters now and then file for your parent 9-10 years later (maybe a bit more or less, depending on visa bulletin movements), so that all of them would become eligible to immigrate at about the same time. Sorry, there aren't any shortcuts for you to bring your sisters here faster.

Also beware of the vast medical costs in the US; if your disabled sister needs frequent medical care, you may find that health insurance is impossible to obtain or unaffordable for her. And as a new immigrant she would not be eligible for government programs like Medicare or Medicaid for years (and possibly never). It may be wiser to let her stay in her country where you and your parent(s) can afford to care for her.

So there is impossible for my siblings to come here with my parents unless they need to wait for 10yrs+ ? How about my youngest sister, can she come with my parents or does she need to wait for about 10yrs more? Btw, thanks guys for explaining to me.

One parent could come faster through you and then after getting the greencard file for the other parent (as the spouse of greencard holder) and younger child on one I-130 (F2A). The older sister (over 21 y/o), is still in for the major wait either still as the F4 sibling through YOUR I-130 or through a greencard parent's I-130 as an F2B. It will not be easy no matter how complicated of a process you choose to pursue.

I see now..So the easiest way is to file 1 form I-130 for one of my parent.. and then continue to bring the others. Thanks Joe, it sounds really hard but I believe there is no way for me to choose.

Fill-out form I-130

I've a very quick question about form I-130. On section D-1 (If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship) what should I put in this? Because I'm going to apply for my family (4 people) should I put other person's name that I also apply for or just keep it blank?

Besides, section C-3 ( about your relative), my father was born in Cambodia but he doesn't remember which city that was..Can I just put Cambodia in either City box and Country box? Because in the paper- the birth certificated shown that he was born in Cambodia..no more information that I can put in the City box..

Last question is I'm a US citizen through naturalization, so do I need to check the box B-13( Parents) and do box B-14( If you are a lawful permanent resident alien) And 14b ( Did you gain permanent resident status through marriage to a U.S citizen) ? I'm really confused for these questions..Please help !!

You're a US citizen, so ignore question 14.

So how about the other question ? Like: On section D-1 (If separate petitions are also being submitted for other relatives, give names of each and relationship) what should I put in this? Because I'm going to apply for my family (4 people) should I put other person's name that I also apply for or just keep it blank?

Please help me out of this jam..

Thanks
